Training thoughts for October

Goal for the month of October is to increase climbing speed and endurance.  My plan for the month is to go to the bouldering gym 3 times per week.  Day one each week will focus on speed.  I plan to climbing the Green Circuit as fast as I can.  Day two will focus on form.  Sticky finger drill on the ascent and down-climb each route.  Day three will focus on strength.  Hypergravity training on the yellow Circuit.  The long term goal will be to lead 5.11 sport and 5.9 trad comfortably by May.  Here we go winter training season!
