Personal fitness is the goal here at Jug Haul. My personal goal is to get one hour of working out a least once per day and to drag as many people along with me as I can. My modes of working out are indoor/outdoor rock climbing, cycling, skiiing, and mountaineering. Join me for the ride.

Seattle Bouldering Project 10.3.13
Today was a poor work out day. Low energy and lacking power I struggled through most of the Green Circuit at the SBP. about 25 routes V2-V4 over a period of about 80 minutes. Fingers hurting I drive home to work out some a periodization for the training season. I am debating my short and long term climbing goals.
