Personal fitness is the goal here at Jug Haul. My personal goal is to get one hour of working out a least once per day and to drag as many people along with me as I can. My modes of working out are indoor/outdoor rock climbing, cycling, skiiing, and mountaineering. Join me for the ride.

Seattle Bouldering Project 10.1.13
After work I stopped by the send and social at the Seattle Bouldering Project. Narrowly missing my goal of completing the Green Circuit, my forearms burn and ache leaving me to question how I will be able to hold onto a pencil at work tomorrow. The Green Circuit consists of a combined 20-30 V2s, V3s, and V4s. Currently it takes me about 2 hours to complete. My goal for the month is to be able to complete the circuit in under one hour.
